Philippines Man Captures 'Ghost' That Zoomed Past His Bike Like 'Cold Air', Internet Not Convinced
Viral video shows motorcyclist encountering an eerie 'figure' in the middle of a night, claims it was a ghost.

Ghostly encounters take on a whole new level of intensity when the darkness sets in; the last thing anyone wants is to witness something eerie unfolding before their eyes, plunging them into yet another nightmare! But for a man in the Philippines, a late-night journey from a friend’s house turned into a spine-chilling ordeal when he claimed to have encountered a ghostly figure darting past his bike on March 2nd. Wait, really? Yes, an incredibly peculiar piece of footage from the Philippines captures the moment a motorcyclist believes he came face to face with a ghost in the middle of a road, only for it to vanish after seemingly colliding with the bike.

The eerie incident, captured by a helmet camera and shared by Daily Mail, unfolded as Karl Dagus and his companion rode along a national highway in Cagayan de Oro. Their journey took a terrifying turn when a figure suddenly materialised on the otherwise empty road, moving directly into the path of the oncoming motorcycle.

Despite the apparent collision, when a concerned Dagus and his friend scanned the area for the supposed pedestrian, they found no trace of them. Adding to the mystery, Dagus later recounted feeling a chilling gust of cold air at the moment of the encounter, and upon reviewing the footage, he noticed that the ‘figure’ had no identifiable face. Given these bizarre details—the figure’s ghostly appearance, its vanishing act upon impact, and the eerie sensation of cold air—Dagus couldn’t help but suspect that he had encountered a ghost.

Since then, the spine-tingling video has spread like wildfire across social media platforms in the Philippines, with many sharing Dagus’s beliefs. In a clip posted by Daily Mail on Facebook, numerous commenters expressed skepticism, debating whether the figure was a real person struck by the bike or indeed a ghostly apparition.

“This was already explained, this happened in the Philippines. All 360 dash cams have blind spots, it’s On the edge on both sides. As soon as it hits the subject it will blur and if the dashcam is poorly made it will make the subject sort of disappear for a moment. The kid was unharmed and in good condition," one user clarified. “A ghost or hit and run" quipped another.

A third commenter remarked, “It Looks like camera has just many lens Similar to Google Street view camera. Many of These lens are so far away from each other so They create glitch like image. Nothing ghostly and no paranormal activity involved."

Nevertheless, some users shared their own eerie experiences. “When I was on Atlanta, GA. I was with my husband on 75 and out of the blue a man appeared. He was running across the highway. 75 has fast moving traffic. If it was truly a person, they would have been killed. Creepy," recounted one individual. “I have actually driven through a ghost. Someone on a motorbike waiting at the side of the road it just suddenly appeared. It scared me and was on my mind for days," added another.

As of now, no one has come forward to officially identify themselves as the mysterious figure, and authorities have not confirmed any reports of a person being hit by a bike at the scene.
