'Might Just Launch At India': British YouTuber Jokes About Nuclear Attack
The YouTuber shared a series of posts on X, making racist remarks against Indians and the country.

A British YouTuber recently came under fire for his insensitive racist remarks towards Indians in a series of shocking posts on the X platform. Miles Routledge, better known by his YouTube channel name, Lord Miles, was one of the many stranded students in Afghanistan during the Taliban’s takeover in 2021. He has grabbed everyone’s attention once again but for a different reason altogether. Sharing a chat with an anonymous person, he wrote, “Indian threatens to find me, it backfires lmao,” slyly mocking the assumed nationality of the user.

The message read, “I will find you I promise, your apology video will be sweet.” Miles accepted the stranger’s message request and even ended up sending his address and description over text. This doesn’t end here, as the YouTuber even started mocking the user with a sarcastic remark, “Saar okay lord saar good luck saar haha saar.”

The racist comments escalated when Miles ended up joking about launching nuclear weapons at India. “When I become prime minister of England, I’ll open the nuclear silos as an explicit warning to any foreign power that interferes with British interests and affairs. I’m not talking about huge incidents, I’m itching to launch and atomize entire nations over the smallest infraction. Hell, I might just launch in India just for the sake of it!” he wrote.

As many thronged the comment section with various reactions, an Indian called him out for inciting rage and speaking lies. “Income from ad sharing is tiny compared to my merch sales, I don’t care about it much. Believe it or not, I just don’t like India. Also, I can sense an Indian, he is Indian. If a man online suddenly talks about ducking your mother in the first response, he’s Indian. Many such cases,” Miles responded.

Many others, too, lashed out at him over his comments about India. The tweets have garnered millions of views on the microblogging platform. Notably, this is not the first time that the YouTuber has made such comments publicly. Earlier this month, he shared another tweet expressing his wish to reincarnate as a virus to “solve the overpopulation” in India.

Another of his sharp remarks read, “At 11 years old, I walked into an Indian restaurant in England and told my mother “why are there so many pakis?” And asked if we could leave. Core memory.” His posts continue to spark harsh reactions from Indians, who slam him for being racist towards the country.
