Paulo Gabriel da Silva Barros and Katyucia Lie Hoshino from the South American nation of Brazil first met online in 2006. They have been in a relationship for more than 15 years before deciding to get married. Paulo’s present age is 31 and Katyucia is 28.
Following the marriage, the couple became the shortest married couple on earth. This recent update was posted on Instagram on the official page of Guinness World Records. The post went viral soon after it was posted.
The couple stated that they are extremely happy to be together and is ready to face every challenge in life together. They said, “We may be short but we have big hearts and lots of love for each other as well as everybody in our lives. Our life isn’t without its challenges but we are so happy we can tackle these challenges together.” According to the post, the combined height of the couple is 181.41 cm (71.42 inches). Paulo’s height is 90.28 cm (35.54 in) while Katyucia’s height is 91.13 cm (35.88 in).
