Man Receives Panties Instead of Underwear From Blinkit, Wears it After Denied Refund
When a man from Himachal Pradesh was denied refund on Jockey panties he receievd instead of underwear from Blinkit, he "compromised" and started wearing them.

Like many of us, a man from Himachal Pradesh ordered a set of men’s underwear from quick commerce platform Blinkit. But when the order arrived in the brown paper bag, it left him completely stunned. He found himself unwrapping a set of women’s panties instead of the Jockey men’s underwear he ordered via the Zomato-owned company. Shocked, he immediately tried to return the item or at least get a refund, but his efforts proved futile. He then took the matter to social media, where his post quickly went viral, racking up over 3.3 million views.

“Hello Blinkit, WTF is this? I have ordered Jockey male underwear and you have sent me this. Now how to return this? I have reported this to your help centre still no return or refund had not done yet,” wrote the man who goes by Priyansh on X (formerly known as Twitter).

Alongside, he shared two pictures. One shows the packet in which the product was delivered and the second shows a set of three Jockey panties.

He later posted an update revealing that the company refused to refund his money, so he decided to make the best of the bizarre situation. He shared another picture of the panty set – this time with one black-coloured panty missing – he cheekily let everyone know where it went. Still wondering where did it go? Well, he wore it. Yes, you read that right!

After the going through the viral posts, many took no time in flocking to the comments section and leaving their thoughts.

Here’s how people reacted to it:

“Blinkit, itni jaldi bhi mat karo yaar [Blinkit, don’t be in such a hurry]!” quipped one user, poking fun at the company’s promise of 10-minute deliveries.

Another said, “The returns process is very bad unable to reach the customer care always and automated but does not have proper options.”

“Blinkit is the last-minute app, jo deliver hua uska use karna hi last option hai [Blinkit is last-minute app, using what was delivered is the last option],” joked a third.

A fourth suggested, “Assume it is v-shaped briefs for men. Close your eyes and wear it.”

“Bro finally did jugaad,” expressed a fifth.

Regarding return and refunds, Blinkit on its website states: “Products once delivered are non-returnable/ non-replaceable/ non-exchangeable, save and except: (a) if the product is damaged, defective, expired at the time of delivery or incorrectly delivered, and (b) if the return/ exchange policy listed with respect to the relevant product expressly and specifically permits the same – if so, the return/ exchange requests shall be processed in accordance with the terms of the relevant policy, including the specified timelines and conditions.”
