Google men's wear, Facebook ice cream: This is the other Digital India
India appears to have a penchant for transforming digital iconography to the physical.

Following Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the Silicon Valley, Digital India appears to have become the new buzzword. India that has been undergoing a digital revolution for a few decades now (we recently celebrated 20 years of the Internet coming to India) has borrowed a lot from the digital realm to the physical.

We have numerous songs that refer to popular Internet and social networking services, we have seen WhatsApp sarees and Facebook puja pandals.

This is a different Digital India (not sure what Mark Zuckerberg or Sundar Pichai would think of it). Here are a few more additions to ever-growing collection of India's trademark-violating fascination with big digital brands.
