New Delhi: Apple claimed that its newest iPhones are more powerful than before, but a benchmark test proves that they aren’t only better but more powerful than other iOS devices.
Californian Adrienne Alpern received her much-awaited iPhone 6s in rose gold and posted its unboxing pictures and device details on Twitter to share her excitement.
Upon users’ insistence, she put her new phone through a Geekbench 3 benchmark test and posted the results.

The results for the iPhone 6s were surprising as the phone scored 2292 in the single-core test and 4293 in multi-core tests which was higher than all iOS devices including the iPad Air 2. The 12-inch Retina MacBook, on the other hand, scored 2295 for the single core test and 4464 in the multi-core test; making the iPhone 6s its closest competitor, BGR reports.
