Teja Sajja-starrer HanuMan Pre-release Event To Be Held On January 7; Details Inside

The upcoming Telugu film HanuMan is one of the most awaited films that the audiences have been rooting for. The fantasy drama is slated to hit the theatres on January 12, 2024. Directed by Prashanth Varma, the film features Teja Sajja as the protagonist, who seems to have delivered one of the best performances of his career through the film. HanuMan’s makers have unveiled the date for its mega pre-release event. The pre-release event for HanuMan, reportedly, is set to take place on January 7 at the N Convention in Hyderabad. Titled the Mega Pre-Release Utsav, the event will kick off at around 6 pm. In what came as the most exciting update for the fans, Chiranjeevi will be gracing the occasion as the chief guest. The team has also planned to treat the audience to the second trailer of the film at the pre-release event.

The film, alongside Tej Sajja, features Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Vinay Rai, and other notable actors in the lead roles. The film will have a clash with the Mahesh Babu-starrer Guntur Karam and Dhanush-starrer Captain Miller. The clash between the films has led HanuMan to face challenges from theatre owners in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, in terms of bagging screens.

Speaking about the film with The Hindu, Prashanth Varma said, “Teja’s character has a sister (Varalaxmi Sarathkumar), a girlfriend (Amritha Aiyer) and encounters a few problems. How he gets strength from (Lord) Hanuman and what happens thereafter will drive the story forward.” He added, “It has taken three years since the origin of the idea to bring the film closer to its release.”

Interestingly, the film revolves around a young man who is blessed with extraordinary powers bestowed upon him by Lord Hanuman. The film, besides Telugu, will be released in various languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, English, Spanish, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese.

The cinematography for Teja’s film is helmed by Shivendra, wherein the music is scored by the talented trio Gowrahari, Anudeep Dev, and Krishna Saurabh. Srinagendhra Tangala is the production designer for the film produced by K Niranjan Reddy under the banner of PrimeShow Entertainment.
