UP: Congress trails in all Rae Bareli seats

Lucknow: In a shocker for the Congress, the party is trailing in all five assembly seats in Rae Bareli in Uttar Pradesh, and in two out of the five seats in Amethi, the bastion of Nehru-Gandhi family. While Rae Bareli is represented in the Lok Sabha by party president Sonia Gandhi, Amethi is represented by Rahul Gandhi.

Wife of Union Law Minister Salman Khurshid, Louis Khurshid is trailing and was placed fourth after four rounds of counting. Renu Jaiswal, wife of sitting BSP MLA Ram Prasad Chaudhary arrested by CBI along with Babu Singh Kushwaha in connection with NRHM scam, is leading.
