Modi asks all ministers to visit 2 Lok Sabha contituencies in January, interact with locals, farmers and tell them about government initiatives

With just few days left for the year 2016 to start, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given a new assignment to his ministers and MPs.

The Prime Minister has asked all union ministers to visit at least two Lok Sabha constituencies in January and interact with residents and farmers. The ministers have also been told to spread word about the government's initiatives.

Similarly, all MPs will visit the assembly constituencies in their area.

They have been asked to make such visits every month as the government needs feedback for the upcoming general budget.
