163. Khilchipur is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Rajgarh Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Khilchipur falls in Rajgarh district and Malwa North region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,08,329 voters in the seat, which includes 1,07,674 male voters, and 1,00,654 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Khilchipur recorded a voter turnout of 85.94%. In 2013 the turnout was 82.8%, and in 2008 it was 82.16%.

In 2013, Kunwar Hajarilal Dangi of BJP won the seat by a margin of 11,479 votes (7.08%). Kunwar Hajarilal Dangi secured 51.03% of the total votes polled.
