Kannauj: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday described BJP in Uttar Pradesh as a "patient on ventilator".
Addressing a public meeting at Knnauj, he said BJP is on "ventilator and the people of the state would neither to allow it to be off the ventilator nor bring the party back to power".
