A cricket World Cup is incomplete without an India vs Pakistan face-off. Since the teams no longer engage in bilateral tourneys, the ICC events are the only platform where they challenge each other’s calibre with bat and ball. On Saturday, the Narendra Modi Stadium will witness one of the biggest cricketing battles of the year and the fans are super excited for the action to unfold in Ahmedabad. So is Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan.

There have been 7 India vs Pakistan matches so far in the ODI World Cup history and the men in blue have won them all. As Rohit Sharma & Co look to extend the streak with the 8th victory, Salman has expressed his “8 ka wait” in a video, shared by Star Sports India on X (formerly Twitter).
Salman Khan was seen sporting his Tiger look in the video. The actor plays a Raw agent, Avinash Singh Rathore, popularly known as Tiger, in Maneesh Sharma’s Tiger franchise. The trailer for Salman Khan’s Tiger 3 will be unveiled on October 16 and the film will be released in November, on Diwali.
