Korean Rapper Sleepy To Embrace Parenthood: 'Waiting For Baby Angel'

South Korean rapper Sleepy is going to be a father soon. The member of the hip pop boy duo Untouchable, confirmed the good news via Instagram on early Monday, November 6. Sharing a photograph of his wife’s sonography report, the elated musician wrote happily of the precious life that’s soon going to enter his wife. Notably, the pregnancy news is extra special for the couple as they’d already suffered a miscarriage last year. The impending arrival of their little munchkin has filled their hearts with nothing but gratitude. “A precious new life came to us a few months ago. This is a very precious life that came [to us] once again after experiencing the pain of a miscarriage, so we are spending every day with happy and grateful hearts waiting for the baby angel we will meet next year,” reads the English translation of Sleepy’s Korean announcement.

The rapper revealed his wife is currently five months pregnant and their baby is “growing really healthy day by day in his wife’s belly.” Although the baby’s arrival is a big responsibility, Sleepy says he is extremely ecstatic about the personal milestone. “Being a father soon seems to have a huge responsibility more than anything and I am beyond excited and happy, ” he concluded.

The South Korean musician initially planned to marry his non-celebrity ladylove in October 2021 but the couple postponed the ceremony owing to the COVID-19 outbreak. It was on April 9 last year that the duo finally sealed the deal in a romantic wedding. Sleepy also shared photographs of D-Day on Instagram, one that sees him kissing his wife against the backdrop of gorgeous floral decor.

One more saw the musician lifting his ladylove in his arms for a happy photo.

On their first wedding anniversary, Sleep shared stylish pictures of the couple against the backdrop of a swanky car. Twinning and winning in black, Sleepy held a flower bouquet in his hands, while his other half sat on the hoof of the car posing for the camera. “I can’t believe it’s already our first anniversary,” he wrote on Instagram. The couple is already proud parents to their lovely dogs, Sally and Lily. Sleepy made his professional music debut in 2015 with the single Cool Night. Since then he rose to fame for his appearances on TV shows including We Got Married, I Live Alone, Law of the Jungle, and Real Man, among others.
