After a long break, the Jawan actor is set to host the International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards 2024 which will take place on September 28 in Abu Dhabi. The superstar looked dapper as he arrived at his hotel in a classic white tee.
The pictures were shared by IIFA’s social media handle under the caption, “The. King. Has. Arrived! We can’t keep calm—the Badshah has made his grand entrance and looks absolutely dashing! The excitement is contagious as all eyes are on THE SHAH RUKH KHAN!”
Sporting a casual classic look, Shah Rukh Khan waved and smiled at his fans despite the security around him. He chose a T-shirt and denim jeans, a jacket, and chic sunglasses. Recently, SRK’s short hair, a deviation from his usual long hair, has left fans in awe.
Soon after the post, his fans started writing down their reactions to their favourite actor’s latest look. One fan wrote, “Aging backwards.” Another said, “How can he look this awesome? Love you…” A third fan of SRK wrote, “Srk to Brad Pitt lag raha.”
The latest edition of the IIFA Festival will begin on September 27 with IIFA Utsavam, the South Indian Industries Awards. On September 28, the IIFA Awards are scheduled. And on the last day, September 29, IIFA Rocks, a mega music concert with the best of Indian singing superstars is said to be taking place. In this year’s IIFA Awards, legendary actress Rekha will once again lit up the stage with her graceful moves. Moreover, Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon, Ananya Panday, Janhvi Kapoor and Vicky Kaushal will also perform.
Meanwhile, SRK had an eventful 2023 with three blockbuster releases: Pathan, Jawan, and Dunki. The actor was last seen in Rajkumari Hirani’s directed film, which was released in December 2023. As of now, SRK is filming his upcoming film The King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh, which is going to be his first on-screen collaboration with his daughter, Suhana Khan.
