Salman Khan’s security came under threat after a biker came close to his convoy. On Tuesday night, when Salman was headed home when a biker started following his convoy. The incident took place at 12:15 am. The actor’s security team caught hold of the man and handed him over to the police. Salman Khan’s security guard caught him and handed him over to Bandra Police Station.
When the police did a thorough investigation, they found out that the bike rider did not know that he was Salman Khan’s convoy. Salman, who is facing death threats from gangster Lawrence Bishnoi, is yet to comment on the matter.
According to Mid-Day, the biker was a 21-year-old man who allegedly followed Salman’s convoy in Bandra. It is claimed that he was trying to reach the superstar’s car. The police said the youngster ‘tried to manoeuvre between Salman Khan’s security vehicles to get closer to his car.’ One of the security officers informed the police stationed at Salman’s residence. Eventually, he was arrested.
The police identified the 21-year-old man as Uzar Faiz Moiyuddin, a resident of Hyderabad. He was allegedly visiting his relatives in Mumbai. The FIR was registered under 125 (act endangering the life of others and personal safety) and 281 (Rash driving or riding in a public way) of the BNS. After investigation, the police did not find any suspicion his statements and let him go.
The incident has come to light amid the news that Salim Khan was threatened during his morning walk. The veteran writer, who is also Salman’s father, was on his morning walk when a woman threatened him citing gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s name. According to India Today, the woman who approached Salim Khan was dressed in a burqa. “When Salim Khan was out for a morning walk with Salman Khan, a man and a burqa-clad woman, on a scooter, came to him and issued a threat citing gangster Lawrence Bishnoi’s name,” the report mentioned.
Salman is facing death threats from Lawrence Bishnoi. The actor’s security has been tightened.
