Richa Chadha shared a video on Instagram, giving her followers a closer look at the costumes and jewellery. She also shared a clip showing her entire look for the song Masoom Dil Hai Mera. Along with the video, she wrote, “Wanna see what all goes into making a memorable character dancing her swan song with a master – The SLB? 2 hours of hair and make-up … got to work with Tanuja Dabir Makeup and Ashis Bogi for masoom dil hai mera ! Then the heavy, oh so heavy Anarkali by Rimple and Harpreet! The cute doggies on set were the best stress busters… you see here me cuddling with the best baby puppets on a break,and our set favourite Bagheera taking a lap ride with Ashis! Some mirror practice of the bhav, walking to our beautiful set, gearing up for the challenge!!! And afterwards…The tears are real… so you see Tanuja removing the remains of running mascara from under my eyes… Tell me what did you think of that last shot of Lajjo dancing. Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar transports one back to a time when courtesans ruled as per their traditions. The series delves into the cultural reality of the namesake area of Heeramandi through the stories of a group of courtesans set against the backdrop of India’s independence fight in the 1940s. Apart from Richa Chadha, the series also stars Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chaddha, Sharmin Segal, and Sanjeeda Shaikh. Moreover, Fardeen Khan, Taha Shah Badussha, Shekhar Suman, and Adhyayan Suman were also in the cast and played Nawabs in the pre-independence era.
