Marathi television actress Rashmi Anpat is set to grace the small screen again with her upcoming show, Antarpaat. The makers of the show have unveiled a new promo for the new serial, on their official social handle. Know all the details related to the show here.
Antarpaat is set to air on the channel Colors Marathi, while the official promo of the show was shared on the channel’s Instagram handle in a joint post with the handle of Rashmi Anpat. The video starts with a hearty celebration of Haldi, the bride-to-be Gautami being played by Rashmi Anpat. She radiates happiness as the family members, including her mother, take turns to rub haldi on her face, a part of the celebration. Then another older woman, seeming to be the mother-in-law enters the screen carrying more of the haldi mix. She rubs it on Gautami’s face, visibly enhancing her joy. Throughout the video, Gautami expresses her wishes and desires to fulfil with her husband, Kshitij. Even though it is an arranged marriage, Gautami is positive that he is the perfect match for her.
Just then scene changes to a scared and teary Kshitji, lying alone in a darkened room, with Haldi all over his white clothes. The stark difference between the celebrations of the two is bound to make the viewers curious. Questions like, “But is Kshitij happy with this marriage?” and “What is written in Gautami’s fate?” can only be answered upon the show’s premiere.
The Marathi caption shared with the post roughly translates to, “Fate presented the marriage gap, but destiny held the distance of distance. New story ‘Antarpat’ soon… Only on Colors Marathi.” The post has been liked more than 8,000 times so far on the platform. The cast of the show also includes Ashok Dhage and Resham Tipnis in important roles.
