BTS Star V And IU’s Love Wins All Track Achieves All-Kill Status In 4 Days
IU's Love Wins All track achieved an official All-Kill status on iChart within just four days of its release, making it the first song of 2024 to reach this milestone.

K-pop sensation IU recently made her highly anticipated return with the release of her latest track, Love Wins All, on January 24. The emotional music video features BTS star V and is expertly directed by Concrete Utopia’s Um Tae-hwa. In a surprising twist, Instiz’s iChart officially crowned the song with a perfect All-Kill status within just four days of its debut, making it the first track of 2024 to achieve this feat. Despite V not lending his vocals to the song, his impactful presence in the music video played a significant role in the song’s remarkable success. The visuals, set against a post-apocalyptic backdrop, depict the artists’ struggles.

For those unfamiliar with the South Korean music industry, attaining All-Kill status is a significant achievement. This acknowledgement signifies that a song has concurrently secured the top position on various streaming platforms. An All-Kill is achieved when a song reaches No. 1 on Melon’s daily and Top 100 charts, Genie and Bugs’ daily and real-time charts, YouTube Music’s Top Songs chart, VIBE’s daily chart, and the real-time charts of FLO and iChart. The highest level of accomplishment is a perfect All-Kill, where the song not only dominates various charts daily but also reigns supreme on the iChart’s weekly list.

Earlier this month, IU revealed exciting plans for her global tour, named H.E.R. Set to cover 18 cities, the tour will take her to key destinations in Asia, Europe and the United States. Starting with a four-night event in Seoul, IU will then travel to various cities, including Los Angeles, Washington DC, Illinois, New Jersey, London and Berlin. Fans in the United States and Europe can look forward to experiencing IU’s performances live for the first time. Although ticketing details for the world tour are still not announced, eager fans are already excited for a unique and memorable musical experience.

According to the announcement, the K-pop idol will commence her global tour in Seoul on March 2-3 and March 9-10. The tour will then make stops in Yokohama on March 23-24, Taipei on April 6-7, Singapore on April 20-21, Jakarta on April 27-28, Hong Kong on May 25-26, Manila on June 1, Kuala Lumpur on June 8-9, London on June 21, Berlin on June 23, Bangkok on June 29-30, Osaka on July 6-7, Newark on July 15, Atlanta on July 19, Washington on July 22, Rosemont on July 25, Oakland on July 30 and will conclude in Los Angeles on August 2.

Prior to IU, BTS’ Dynamite secured its first Perfect All Kill, making it the first male K-pop group to achieve this unique status. Following this, Zico released his eighth digital single, ANY SONG, which garnered its first Perfect All-Kill of the year just four days after its launch.
