While the country rejoiced in celebrating the special bond of siblings on Raksha Bandhan, star kids also joined the festivities. Speaking of which, Shah Rukh Khan’s sons, Aryan Khan, and AbRam were seen getting their rakhis tied on their wrists by cousin Alia Chhiba. The duo had a warm Rakhi celebration; however, it was not with their sister Suhana but with their cousin Alia Chhiba (daughter of Gauri Khan’s brother Vikrant). On Monday, Alia shared a couple of pictures on her Instagram story, showing both Aryan and AbRam getting their rakhis tied at her house. While the first picture shows an adorable AbRam with a lipstick mark on his cheeks, another one has Alia putting tilak on Aryan’s forehead before the final ritual. Well, it remains unclear if Suhana Khan was also a part of the celebrations.
On the other hand, many other Bollywood siblings were seen celebrating the festival, including Sara Ali Khan with Ibrahim Ali Khan, and Jeh, Arjun Kapoor with his sisters, Kriti Sanon with Nupur Sanon, and Hrithik Roshan with Pashmina Roshan.
On The Work Front
Aryan Khan and AbRam Khan are collaborating with their superstar father Shah Rukh Khan on Mufasa: The Lion King. While Shah Rukh Khan and Aryan reprised their roles as Mufasa and Simba, AbRam will be making his voice-over debut as young Mufasa.
On the other hand, Aryan Khan is getting ready for his directorial debut with a web series titled Stardom. Said to have release plans by the end of this year, the show’s shooting has already commenced. Stars like SRK, Ranbir Kapoor, and Ranveer Singh will be seen in cameos, while Bobby Deol and Mona Singh are said to be part of the show. Directed by Aryan, it is being bankrolled by his father’s home production, Red Chillies Entertainment.
Details about Stardom’s concept have been kept under wraps. With such a lineup, it is clear that Aryan has no plans to follow Shah Rukh’s footsteps to become an actor anytime soon.
