Actor Rajneesh Duggal To Make His International Debut With This Indo-Nigerian Series

Bollywood actor Rajneesh Duggal is all set for his international debut in the upcoming Indo-Nigerian series, Postcards. Sharing the news, he said, “I received a random call in November last year about Postcards. They asked me to audition for an international project without revealing many details.”

As reported by the Hindustan Times, Rajneesh Duggal said, “The series differs from typical Bollywood masala; it’s rooted in reality. Drawing inspiration from Yash Raj and Dharma Productions, the director focuses on genuine human emotions and romance”.

“The film is available primarily in English and Nigerian, but I predominantly speak Hindi and English in the series,” the 44-year-old actor mentioned.

Anticipating a global release, Rajneesh Duggal expressed optimism, saying, “Hopefully, it will be well-received. With this film, the industry is expected to gain positive influence globally. The influential impact on my career is something I’m confident about,” he asserts. Duggal hints at another international project in the pipeline but keeps the details under wraps. “Exciting things are on the way and I’m thrilled about the opportunities,” he adds.

While working on international projects, Rajneesh Duggal remains focused on his Bollywood goals. He optimistically sees this endeavour as creating more opportunities in Bollywood, especially centred around the roles he embraces, as reported by the Hindustan Times. Engaged in multiple ongoing film projects, the actor eagerly expressed his desire to work with acclaimed filmmakers, whether in antagonist or protagonist roles, underlining his excitement for the projects ahead.

Wrapping up he stated, “Regardless of the platform, whether theatre or OTT, my primary criteria revolve around the role’s strength and substance. My goal is to maintain versatility as an actor.”

Known for his notable role as Arjun Rathore in the film 1920, he has continued to feature in movies like Creature 3D, Ek Paheli Leela, and Laal Rang. Rajneesh Duggal shot to fame with films like Dangerous Ishq, Phhir, Direct Ishq and 1920. He last featured in the film Mandali. The actor has a few films lined up including Prishati, Bagawat, the Revolt, Rampur 0 Km, Nahi Rehna India (N.R.I), and Kashmir- Enigma of Paradise.
