Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain issued a statement here saying that the successful implementation of Operation SHIELD has made Dilshad Garden a coronavirus-free area.

"Hydroxychloroquine continues to be a prohibited item. Private-to-private company or a domestic exporter-to-foreign importer trade is ban," sources said.

There are allegations that one person who tested positive on Thursday in Jammu and Kashmir was kept in quarantine for just five days and then allowed to go home.

Police said many messages seeking to create social discord and having a bearing on public order were being spread in the last few days.

The patients, who were admitted at Max Smart Hospital earlier, have been moved to Max Hospital Saket, East Block — a dedicated facility to treat COVID-19 patients.
