HYDERABAD: Vijayawada Congress leader and former MLA Adusumilli Jayaprakash has said that Samaikyandhra leaders would move the Supreme Court against deletion of clause 14 (f) from the presidential order.Speaking to ENS over phone from Vijayawada, Jayaprakash said that in the past the Supreme Court had directed that Hyderabad should remain a free zone. “No one has the power to override the Supreme Court orders, not even the President of India. Only the Parliament can delete the clause by amending the Constitution with two thirds majority,” he contended.Jayaprakash said that by forcing the Centre to delete the clause, the Telangana activists had harmed the interests of their own students in Zone V which comprises districts of Karimnagar, Warangal, Adilabad and Khammam. They would not be able to apply for police jobs in Hyderabad in future, he said.
