The Judicial First Class Magistrate Court here will pronounce judgment on the bail petition filed by CPM district secretary P Jayarajan, who was remanded in judicial custody at the Kannur Central Prison in the Shukkoor murder case, on Saturday.
The arguments on the bail petition concluded on Friday. Jayarajan’s counsel argued that the police arrested his client framing a false case against him.
He was arrested under Section 118 of the IPC for concealing the information relating to the murder conspiracy.
