UP Cop Reveals Bulandshahr Rape Victim's Name Before Media

IG Meerut Zone Sujit Kumar Pandey committed a faux pas by naming all the victims of the Bulandshahr gang-rape case.

Addressing a press conference, the IG while briefing the arrest of Bawaria gang members involved in the Bulandshahr gang-rape case ‘unintentionally’ revealed names of all the victims.

Acting on a tip off, the Special Task Force (STF) of the Uttar Pradesh police arrested Salim Bawaria the main accused in the case. He was absconding after the horrific gang-rape of a Noida-based mother and her teenage daughter on July 29 on NH29.

Two close aides of Bawaria - Pervez and Sajid were also arrested from Meerut on Monday.
