Social expo at Model School

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The International Institute for Social Entrepreneurs and Thycaud Government Model School Humanities Forum are jointly organising a social expo under the title ‘Change for Change’.The expo, which will kick-off on Friday at Model School, Thycaud, will introduce various social issues faced by Kerala, the several NGOs which are working in these areas and their activities to the public. The expo will be attended by NGOs like CPKT, Prathyasha, Chilla, Vellarada Action Council and Thanal, among others.The expo will be inaugurated by Chief Electoral Officer Nalini Netto. It will discuss topics like the problems caused by the use of cosmetic products and the labour and educational problems in coastal areas. Those who are eager to know about the activities of the NGOs and to learn about the issues can attend the expo.
