BANGALORE: Chairman of the State Bank of India (SBI) Pratip Chaudhuri has said that the bank has earmarked one per cent of its annual profits to promote and help welfare activities.Chaudhuri, who took part in two separate events, one on behalf of the State Bank of Mysore (SBM) and other on behalf of the SBI Head Office of Bangalore, donated one ambulance and one school van to two institutions. The ambulance was to the SDS TB Research Centre and Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Chest Diseases and the school van was donated to the Spastics Society .
