Santhanam: Want to make a film like 'Hangover'

He was once a popular actor in television. Now the top comedian of Tamil cinema, Santhanam has turned a producer with 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya'.

And now, he has expressed his wish to pen and direct a movie. 'I would like to make a film on the lines of Hangover. Hopefully I will start wielding the megaphone soon," he says.

Meanwhile, 'Kanna Laddu Thinna Aasaiya', which has Santhanam, Power Star Dr Srinivasan and Sethu in the lead roles, is getting ready for release. Santhanam has produced this movie in association with veteran Ramanarayanan. 'KLTA' is directed by debutant Manikandan.
