Ratnoo is Villupuram Collector

CHENNAI: The government on Friday transferred six IAS officers.Rajendra Ratnoo will be the new Collector of Cuddalore in place of V Amuthavalli, who will be Deputy Secretary, Municipal Administration and Water Supply.  CT Manimekalai, Collector, Villupuram, has been transferred.V Sampath, will replace her.She will take over as Deputy Secretary, Cooperation, Food and Consumer Protection. R Kannan, Secretary, Higher Education, will take over as Commissioner of Survey and Settlement. TS Sridhar will hold  additional charge as Secretary, Higher Education.
