Mumbai: Rani Mukerji-starrer 'Mardaani' will be making its Poland debut on January 19, 2015. The Pradeep Sarkar-directed movie, which released in India on August 22, was the comeback project of Rani after her marriage to Yash Raj Films honcho Aditya Chopra.
The action film was shot by Artur Zurawski, a native of Poland. Kicking off in Krakow, Warsaw and Lodz, the film will be scaled out to Lublin, Wroclaw, Poznan, Gdansk, Katowice with Polish subtitles.
The film chronicles the journey of Shivani Shivaji Roy (Rani), Senior Inspector, Crime Branch, as she sets out to confront the mastermind behind the child trafficking mafia.
'Mardaani' stars Jisshu Sengupta and Tahir Raj Bhasin besides Rani in pivotal role.
