HYDERABAD: The parts of the city hit by power shut down due to the damage of an underground cable at Moulali are likely to regain supply by Monday evening.APTransco chairman and managing director Ajay Jain on Sunday said that special jointers are being flown from Ahmedabad and are scheduled to arrive by Monday afternoon using which they would rectify the 132 KV UG cable which was damaged two days ago by the Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board while laying a water pipeline.The 33/11 KV substations at Indirapark, Chilkalguda, Pattigadda, Seethaphalmandi, Bansilalpet, Narayanguda, Clock Tower and Hyderguda were affected."We have taken alternative measures keeping in mind the public inconvenience during the summer. The repair works has been taken up on a war footing," Jain said.
