Police said the five were riding their bikes along the Raj Bhawan Road when the three in their bikes overtook them. During the process of overtaking, one of the three youths brushed his bike with one of the five. This led to an altercation and the group of five started beating up the three. When PCR van reached the spot, the five attempted to flee but just four managed. The fifth youth was picked by the PCR van along with the injured and they were taken to Capital Hospital for medical examination. This is when the friends of the group of three reached the hospital and went berserk.
