Former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, founder of Telugu Desam and legendary actor NT Rama Rao's statue finally earned a place in the Parliament complex in New Delhi.
His daughter and Central minister Daggubati Purandareswari made efforts in this process and the speaker of Lok Sabha had formally agreed and approved her request in principle about this, as the issue was pending for the past some time.
However, the details about the statue, its date of installation would be announced at a latter date.
