Man sues McDonald's over wife's nude photos
This after he incidentally left his mobile phone containing the pictures.

London: Fast food restaurant McDonald has been sued by a man who claims that nude pictures of his wife ended up online after he accidentally left his mobile phone, containing the pictures, at one of the chain's restaurants.

The lawsuit filed on November 21 against the chain, the franchise owner, and the store manager, seeks a jury trial along with $3 mln in damages for suffering, embarrassment and the cost of having to move to a new home.

According to the suit, Phillip Sherman had left the phone in the Fayetteville, Arkansas store in July, and the employees had promised him that it would be secured until he returned, reports the Telegraph.

After the nude pictures hit the Internet on July 5, the Shermans claimed that they had been receiving offensive messages.

The photos, which were allegedly posted along with the Sherman''s name, address and phone number, have since been removed from the web site where they appeared.

Manager Aaron Brummley declined to comment and the company has declined to issue any statement on the affair so far.
