The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has now started a ‘Satyameva Jayate (truth alone triumphs) display picture (DP)’ campaign on all its social media handles to celebrate “the victory of truth” after the release of party leader Manish Sisodia.
Addressing the media on Tuesday, senior AAP leader Atishi said, “…finally, even after 17 months of Manish Sisodia ji being in jail, truth prevailed, and Manish Sisodia was released by the order of the Supreme Court. To celebrate the victory of truth, we are starting Satyameva Jayate DP campaign.”

Elaborating on the campaign, she said, “From today, Satyameva Jayate DP campaign is being started on all social media handles of the Aam Aadmi Party, be it on X, Facebook or WhatsApp. All Aam Aadmi Party leaders, workers and party handles will use this display picture of Satyamev Jayate as part of the campaign.”
Atishi said for the past two years, the Aam Aadmi Party-led Delhi government is being “harassed” by the Bharatiya Janata Party-led Centre. “False cases were filed against the leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party and raids after raids were conducted. In these raids, they did not find even a rupee of corruption but still all senior leaders of the Aam Aadmi Party were put in jail. Manish Sisodia ji, Satyendra Jain ji and Sanjay Singh ji were arrested, Delhi’s popular Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal ji was arrested,” she said.
