Lawyers hit streets

ANGUL: Government functions had to be cancelled on Saturday with the lawyers resorting to agitation over their long standing demand for a district judge court here. They have been boycotting court work since Friday and decided to oppose entry of ministers, MPs and MLAs into the town.While the inauguration of the RTO office and Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra and Zilla Parishad meeting were cancelled on Saturday, the meeting of government employees association on Sunday has been called off.
