Ram Mandir’s ‘Pran Pratistha’ Ceremony Scheduled For Jan 22

Three years after the foundation stone was laid by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the date for the consecration ceremony of Ayodhya’s Ram Temple has been scheduled on January 22, 2024.

Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has sent invitations to over 7,000 people, including around 3,000 VVIPs, 4,000 saints and seers from different parts of the country, delegates from 50 countries and family members of the ‘Kar Sevaks’ who were part of the Ram temple movement for the consecration ceremony.

While addressing a press conference on Monday, Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra General Secretary Champat Rai said that all preparations for the consecration ceremony have been completed. The rituals for the pran pratishtha ceremony will start from Tuesday. “The muhurat (auspicious timing) was decided by Ganeshwar Shastri Dravid of Varanasi,” Rai added.
