The Karnataka DCET Result 2017 has been declared by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) on its official website - kea.kar.nic.in. The DCET 2017 was held on July 2, 2017 for candidates seeking admissions to the 2nd Year (III Semester) Engineering Courses and for 1st Year Architecture courses under the Lateral Entry Scheme of KEA DCET. The students who had appeared in the DCET 2017 exam can check their results by following the instructions below:

Step 1: Visit the official website - kea.kar.nic.in
Step 2: Click on DCET 2017 on the right side under Flash News
Step 3: It will take you to http://kea.kar.nic.in/dcet2017.htm
Step 4: Click on DCET - 2017 Results
Step 5: Enter your DCET Number and Submit
Step 6: Download the Result and take a Print Out for the verification process

Document verification will begin from Friday i.e. August 4, 2017 for day and evening colleges for Defence, Ex-Defence, CAPF, Ex-CAPF followed by other reserved categories first.
For General Categories, the document verification will take place for day colleges from 9th August 2017 till 14th August 2017. The Option Entry for First Round will start from 11th August 2017 and Mock Allotment results will be published on 16th August 2017. The First Allotment result will be published on 18th August 2017. There will be just two rounds of Seat Allotment viz First and Second/Final Round. The Second Round of Seat Allotment will be published on 4th September 2017.
