Mumbai: Its seems like Kareena Kapoor's making it a habit to collect awards, after the young achiever award from the Rotary International, the actress on Friday, received yet another honour.
Looking pretty in a bright yellow sari, Kareena Kapoor appeared thrilled accepting the India Today 'Woman in the arts' award for the year 2009 from environmental activist and subject of Oscar-winning film Erin Brockovich.
The American activist confessed she'd put in much effort into dressing as Indian as she could for the occasion.
"I wanted to wear a sari...and it was one that zipped but it did not fit, and I was disappointed And I'm wearing a bindi," says Environmental Activist, Erin Brockovich.
"I’m thrilled, I'm very excited. She has done so much for the environmental issues, its great to receive an award from Erin Brokervich,” says Kareena Kapoor,
And Kareena’s plans for Valentine's day “I have no plans," says Kareena. Seems like Kareena will be busy collecting some other award on the day.
