TIRUNELVELI: One more person Ragunath (45), running a xerox centre at Anjugramam in Kanyakumari district, was arrested on Wednesday in connection with a fake contract worker case at Koodankulam Nuclear Power Plant (KKNPP). Besides, two officers, who worked for a contract company earlier, were picked up for enquiry, police said.It may be noted that Mohammed Meraj Khan (25), of Mahend West Side village, Ghazipur district, Uttar Pradesh, was working as a worker for Kaefer Punj Lloyd Ltd, at KKNPP.He was arrested by the Central Industrial Security Force on suspicion and handed over to the Koodankulam Police. Investigations revealed that he was working under a fake name and locality ­­­ ­— as Subodh Bashwan of Barajj, Lanlgang of Bihar. The Intelligence Bureau and ‘Q’ Branch police enquired with him whether he had any contact with terror groups. His phone calls were also verified and he was arrested on Tuesday.Police charged Ragunath with helping in making of a fake identity card for Khan.
