Its HDKs pamphlets versus Advani Yatra

BANGALORE: Buoyed by the High Court striking down the allegations levelled against him, JD(S) state president H D Kumaraswamy has said that his party will distribute lakhs of pamphlets during the three-day rath yatra of BJP leader L K Advani explaining the corrupt practices of some of ministers."Our pamphlet campaign will expose the BJP’s true colours and embarrass Advani, he told Express in an exclusive chat here on Saturday.The pamphlet, likely to be in the form of a booklet, will contain details on the charges of corruption already levelled against former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa as well as against other ministers.“Our reference to Yeddyurappa’s alleged involvement will only be at the peripheral level as most of the issues are already in the court. We have documents to substantiate the corruption of many other ministers. Let Advani know the real colours of his party’s government,” Kumaraswamy added.He wanted to know from the BJP leadership on what moral grounds Advani will enter Karnataka in his rath yatra after one of his tall leaders is in jail.“With Yeddyurappa set to be in jail when Advani’s yatra enters Karnataka, let us see what Advani says during his three-day campaign in the state. On our part, we will hold street-corner meetings and distribute the booklets throughout the state with special focus on the places being visited by Advani,” the former chief minister added.Advani is expected to address public meetings in Bangalore, Mangalore, Udupi, Honavar and Karwar.On the demand for the resignation of Home Minister R Ashok, Kumaraswamy said, “He (Ashok) should decide on what is to be done.”
