He has been a butt of jokes because of his distinctive moniker and stunning facial features which can make even the most gorgeous tinsel town diva blush. But all said and done, the 24-year-old is a bundle of talent and needs to be lauded for his debut movie. No, he didn't do anything great acting wise, but has certainly wooed us with his daredevil stunts and Parkour.
Not many debutants in Bollywood enter the action territory and prefer doing flamboyant roles, thereby becoming perfect chick magnets. Action roles are not everybody's cup of tea, but Tiger has certainly proved in this movie that Bollywood has discovered a new action hero in him, who can single-handedly fight all goons and display stunts that are jaw-dropping.
Like Salman Khan, this newbie needs reasons to take off his shirt and flaunt his chiseled abs and well sculpted body. Tiger can effortlessly do back flips, aerial kicks and what not. A perfect hero material- he dances like a dream and it won't be an exaggeration to say that he is India's answer to Jackie Chan.
Watch Heropanti to get swayed by Tiger Shroff's machismo. There is nothing new that the movie has to offer apart from him. The story is completely inspired from the 80s and 90s Bollywood movie and every scene is just a déjà vu. Had it been a complete action film one would have still praised it for the technical bit, but certainly not with what has been shown onscreen.
