Hearing on Acharya bail plea on Wednesday

HYDERABAD: Finding fault with the state government for delay in giving permission to investigate suspended IAS officer B P Acharya in connection with Emaar scam, the CBI told the court on Tuesday that they would not arrest a person without proper evidence.The CBI made these comments during arguments on the bail petition of Acharya.Later, the special CBI court posted the hearing in the case to Wednesday.The CBI said that Acharya helped his friend to get a flat in the Emaar villas at a cheaper price.He has knowledge about the irregularities in the Emaar projects CBI said.After hearing both the arguments, judge A Pullaiah posted the hearing in the matter to Wednesday
