HYDERABAD: Dealing with a contempt case, a division bench of the Andhra Pradesh High Court on Tuesday directed IAS officer Shalini Misra, the managing director of the Rajiv Swagruha Corporation Limited, and E Shankar, general manager, to appear in person before the court on April 24.Taking a serious view of non-implementation of its earlier order, the high court bench comprising Chief Justice Madan B Lokur and Justice P V Sanjay Kumar remarked that the corporation has even failed to file the counter affidavit within two weeks in accordance with the notices issued by it on March 22 for the corporation's failure to give possession of flats to allottees as ordered by the high court on Feb 28.
