Engineering design contest

CHENNAI: Global engineering and enterprise solutions provider Barry Wehmiller is to hold an engineering design contest titled DesignACE 2011 in the city today.The entity has been conducting the contest for three consecutive seasons. This time, the event will start at Taramani, Tidel Park Auditorium, at 2.30pm.A workshop on Design Inspiration, Design Intent and Job Ready skills will also be held on the occasion. Marie Planchard, Director of World Education Markets, DS SolidWorks corporation will deliver a lecture.
