Dharwad, Karad service in 3 months

For developing more healthier relations between North Karnataka and South Maharashtra, and for the development of these areas, in the next three months Indian railway is likely to start Dharwad-Karad train service which will pass through Belgaum and Kolhapur stations, announced Union Minister of State for Railways KH Muniyappa.

 Muniyappa was addressing after inaugurating the Yeshvantpur-Miraj-Yeshvantpur Tri-weekly Express (train No 06517/06518), here on Tuesday.

 He said that the new train introduced was a long pending and a strong demand of the people of this region.
