HYDERABAD: The Prajavani programme of the APCPDCL will be held on September 5 between 10.30 a.m and 1.00 p.m at its corporate office in Mint compound and all operation circle offices. At the corporate office, directors and other senior officials of the power utility will interact with consumers and solve their grievances on the spot. Similarly, at all operation circles of Greater Hyderabad, the concerned superintending engineers and field officers will receive complaints and interact with consumers.Consumers should file their grievances in the respective circle offices and Customer Service Centres and take acknowledgement. In case their complaints are not resolved by the circle offices and CSCs, the consumers might bring their complaints to the Prajavani being organised at the corporate office for immediate redressal.
