Congress to use teachers to spread its ideology

HYDERABAD: The state Congress plans to treat the School Teachers’ Federation (STF) as the party’s frontal organisation and to use it as a vehicle to popularise the party’s ideology among the intelligentsia and the government’s welfare and developmental programmes at the grass roots level. Releasing STF’s 2012 Diary at the Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, PCC president Botcha Satyanarayana assured STF leadership of office  facility at the PCC headquarters.The PCC president said he would convene a state- level meeting of delegates very soon to strengthen the federation and extend all possible assistance to it to grow all over the state.He urged STF teachers to play a key role in strengthening the Congress party and government in the state by creating awareness on government’s welfare and developmental programmes.
