New Delhi: It seems that Google now wants you to make use of words in a more careful and responsible way, and thus, has drawn off many words, including a bunch of profane words, from its built-in dictionary for Android. With the rollout of Android 4.4 KitKat, Google has now stopped giving you predictive suggestions for a raft of words.
When you try to type words that fall in the category of Google's banned words on the latest version of Android's Google Keyboard, it offers no help and predictive suggestions for these words don't appear above the keyboard.
Banned words should not be misinterpreted as the inability to type words. It's just that Google offers no help for the banned words, but it does not stop users from typing those words - hinting that Google does not encourage you to make use of such words.
Wired.com discovered these words that appear in the source code of KitKat. The banned directory includes words like butt, sex, condom, masturbation, preggers, pizzle, intercourse, lovemaking, naked, nudity and many others.
