CHENNAI: Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa on Thursday granted a solatium of Rs 5 lakh to the family of Ajish Pink, a fisher man from Iraiyumanthurai village in Kanyakumari district, who was killed when the guards of an Italian ship opened fire. The CM also expressed deep grief over the death of the fisherman.
