KOCHI: As part of Hygiene Week and sapling planting initiated by Kadavanthra Police Station and jointly organised by Fire and Rescue operation officials and Lions Club a cleaning drive commenced on Karshaka Road, on the premises of the fire station and in Kendriya Vidayalaya, Kadavanthra, on Tuesday. The cleaning programme and planting of saplings was led by Ernakulam Assistant Commissioner Sunil Jacob. Kadavanthra police sub-inspector A Anthalal, Lions Club Kochi president B Natrajan, residents association members and fire force and police officials took part.
